KR Wind, (a 50/50 JV between Danish Kranløft Danmark A/S and worldwide heavy-lift giant Mammoet), operates a fleet of 30 large cranes up to 750 tonne, dedicated to the global Wind Energy market.

NZ Crane Group is one of the largest, privately owned crane companies in New Zealand. It is a major player in the infrastructure, utilities and energy markets and provides turn key solutions to its customers.

Business Development Manager Vincent Vingerhoeds says; "We are very excited about the prospects of the Alliance, giving our customers the best range of lifting capacity and services in the country.

For the Te Uku Project we will have the largest mobile crane in New Zealand. The wheeled crane will be dedicated to Wind Energy and larger Infrastructure projects.

With the combined expertise of KR Wind and NZ Crane Group we have a very strong package to offer our customers."
